How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

All orders are processed within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Once shipped, express shipping typically arrives in 2–3 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on it's way. International shipping times vary by location.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of date of delivery for store credit (e-gift card). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Bodysuits, intimates, fashion jewelry, and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will be refused and returned to sender. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 2–4 business days.
