Return/Exchange Policy

At THEFIRSTD8, we believe great style should feel effortless. If something isn’t quite the one, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

Eligibility Window

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of date of delivery for store credit (e-gift card). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will be refused and returned to sender. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 2–4 business days.

Return/Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Final Sale Items

Bodysuits, Intimates, Fashion Jewelry, and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
